Narkis means Daffodil in Hebrew, a flower that grows in nature and carries the Greek myth moral of the dangers of vanity and pride. I received this name from my parents when I was born.

Gaya is the Greek version of Mother Nature, a word that embodies the essence of nurturing, life-giving energy. My mother added me this name when I reached 14 years old.

Alon is the Hebrew word for “oak tree” a tree that symbolizes power, justice, and honesty. My great uncle gave us this name after Ben Gurion asked him to change his name for a Hebrew one, an action that influenced generations to come.

Iny is my name through marriage, a name I received as a result of my love to my husband, the only name I chose: it the Hebrew word for “my eye” and the English for : different, another, other. All of them together represent my life’s journey,  I’m constantly seeking to evolve and be of a better service for my community, and my name is my compass.

Present Women encompasses a series of transformative events centered on sharing, healing, and celebrating your body through purposeful storytelling. These gatherings are designed to foster a supportive community of women committed to remembering who we are; owning our pleasure, reclaiming our power, and building the world our future generations deserve.

By coming together in a sacred ritual to share our stories, we provide a platform for deep exploration and mutual support. The Present Women movement is an ongoing invitation to celebrate ancient femininity, offering a space to honor our lineage and create our legacy.
